Eleanor
Hall, Ph.D., Survey Research Associate
Dr. Hall does interview research for RCF aimed at obtaining
insights on mail behavior not readily available from other
sources. Much of her work is on business-to-business mail,
finding out about the amounts and types of mail businesses
receive, experiences with e-mail and fax, and the role of
the Postal Service in an era of electronic communication.
Prior to working at RCF, Dr. Hall was a Research Associate
in the Consumer Research Department of LIMRA, the Life
Insurance Marketing and Research Association. At LIMRA, she
conducted surveys on consumer financial behavior. She also
compiled demographic data relevant to the life insurance
industry.
Dr. Hall holds a B.A. from Oberlin College, an M.A. from
the University of Kansas, and a Ph.D. from the University
of Chicago, all in Psychology. At the University of
Chicago, she majored in social psychology and worked as a
Research Assistant at the National Opinion Research Center.
