Naveen
Singhal, M.B.A., M.S., Economist
Mr. Singhal is an Economist at RCF, where he has analyzed
issues related to nuclear power plant financing,
catastrophe insurance, electronic billing, and pricing of
postal products. A common theme in his work has been
analysis of risk and uncertainty on business decisions. Mr.
Singhal received his M.S. in Economics from the University
of Wisconsin-Madison. He also holds an M.B.A. degree in
Finance from University of Delhi's Faculty of Management
Studies.
