Fabian, Ph.D., Senior Economist
Dr. Fabian is a Senior Economist at RCF and has worked
extensively with George Tolley and is co-author with him of
several articles and books. He is a Research Specialist at
the University of Illinois at Chicago. He has done
extensive research into the valuation of hard to value
things, such as health and the environment. This valuation
work has provided the basis for a wide range of policy
analysis including visibility, small lake water quality
management, noise and asbestos abatement, and beach-front
conservation and restoration.
