Mr. Behm is Senior Manager and Controller at RCF where he provides financial planning & analysis and management counsel and leads accounting, payroll,employee benefit, billing, receivables and payables functions.
He is a financial and investment manager with extensive accounting, financial statement analysis & preparation, and financial modeling, planning & analysis capability based on broad business experience with investment advisers and non-profit entities, and in financial services, consumer products and manufacturing firms.
He is proficient in cash management, financial analysis of initiatives and investments, performance reporting, forecasting, budgeting, financial and capital planning, cost accounting and variance analysis, and asset control for both large multi-national corporations utilizing ERP and subsidiary/international ledger systems, and for smaller firms using simpler ledger systems such as Quickbooks or ACS.
Mr. Behm holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
